If you have concerns or a complaint, here’s what you should do:
- Contact us to let us know you have a concern/complaint. You can do this by using the form below, or by emailing our Director Samantha Hardy at sam@conflictmanagementacademy.com or phoning her on +61 (0)407 140 860. If you don’t feel comfortable addressing this with our director, you can contact our external complaints handler, The Resolution Network by email help@resolutionnetwork.com.au or telephone: 1300 392 312. Alternatively, you can contact the AMDRAS board at info@amdras.au.
- We will be in touch with you within 3 working days to discuss your concerns and identify whether we can resolve them immediately or whether further steps need to be taken.
- If further steps are needed, we will contact you within 14 days with a detailed plan for managing your concerns, including time frames for various steps to be taken.
