About your trainer

With a Master’s and Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution and Analysis focused on Organizational Development from Nova Southeastern University, Emily has dedicated her career to transforming workplace dynamics. At Bravely, she has clocked over 3200 hours of coaching, guiding 1200+ individuals through conflicts related to COVID-19 stress, organizational change, leadership hurdles, discrimination, and team dysfunction.   Additionally, as a consultant at Pollack Peacebuilding System, she facilitates dialogues, mediates conflicts, and coaches executives.  She is also the President of the Board of Directors at the Association for Conflict Resolution – Greater New York, where she drives initiatives in fundraising, event planning, and community engagement.
