Over the last two years, the family law sector has embraced an approach to supporting parents involved in high conflict. Parenting Coordination is an on-record, contracted arrangement in which a trained dispute resolver meets with parents to maintain the agreements they have reached. Jon Graham, a long term mediator, FDRP and more recently Parenting Coordinator, asks what if such a service: on-record, contracted processes could be made available to people involved in high conflict in the workplace?
Topics:

Who could this approach support?
How could we offer this to workplace clients?
